:snowflake::bulletred::snowflake::bulletred::snowflake: Christmas is in the air already... isn't it ?:snowflake::bulletred::snowflake::bulletred::snowflake:

I love that time of year that brings families together and so, I am not even going to dwell on the whole materialistic side of Christmas that just makes me :bleh:... please, focus on the things that REALLY MATTER.
:heart: I am one of those who prefer a gift from the heart.:heart:
(Anyway, enough on that subject.)

I have started on a new drawing and I still have ideas for more things to come. (Of course, if you have suggestions, I am all ears.) :)
All in all, I am in a pencil kind of mood...

Just a little about me then...
My name is Céline. I like to draw portraits and I love fantasy. Actually, I remember the very first portrait I did was one of my sister (she was kind enough to model for me), when I was a teen; and I had already found my tools of choice. Pencils.
I often use a picture I find on the net as a reference model. Sometimes I modify details at my will. Sometimes I take pictures of people I know and draw them, with their consent of course.

I know... I love fantasy, but I am inspired by realism.*smiles*
I haven't tried digital art yet. But that doesn't keep me from appreciating the work of all the artists that have masterized that talent.

And by the way, Art doesn't always have to be in colour. Surely, we can also appreciate some pictures and beautiful photographic shots in black and white.
I do add colour sometimes (colored pencils, gouache) or I just don't.
